Duchscher spoke about how if Nestle starts making content, things will remain the same and consumer behavior will remain the same. He spoke about how he loves Oreo as a product but is not a fan of the company. And this is where MrBeast’s strategy differs.

He states how when it comes to MrBeast fans, they walk into a store intending to get a Feastable. He shares how MrBeast drives people to stores by telling them to buy Feastables in his videos, which leads to his fans picking up the product.

As a closing note, he mentions that Feastables’ team believes that this is the future of consumer brands: brands being led by public figures pushing them to buy a certain product.

MrBeast rejects Elon Musk’s proposal to make content for X

Recently Elon Musk invited popular YouTuber MrBeast to post videos on Musk’s microblogging platform in a comment. However, MrBeast declined the offer, emphasizing the high production costs of his videos, which amount to millions of dollars. He argued that even with a billion views on Musk’s platform, it wouldn’t cover a fraction of the substantial expenses.

While rejecting Musk’s invitation, MrBeast expressed willingness to explore the platform’s monetization features once they become more robust. Notably, users on Musk’s platform must subscribe to Premium or Premium+ to qualify for a share of advertising revenue, differing from YouTube’s criteria. While rejecting Elon Musk, MrBeast ended up ratio-ing the CEO of X.
