MrBeast’s recent challenge videos have captured many memorable moments. While it’s been a massive year for the YouTuber, and even the contestants in his videos, there has been a fair share of heartbreak as well. MrBeast rewards his contestants with hundreds of thousands of dollars. But sometimes, his challenges get difficult. This has led to many contestants breaking down into tears.

A fan took to Reddit to share some of the most heartbreaking moments in MrBeast’s videos. Let’s dive deeper to see what MrBeast’s fanbase had to say about this.

The MrBeast subreddit shared screenshots from 3 different videos. It was made by a fan who wanted to see what MrBeast fans felt was one of the saddest moments in his videos. The screenshots posted on Reddit showcase some of the saddest moments that contestants had to go through while taking the challenges. The screenshots were taken from MrBeast’s “$10,000 Every Day You Survive In A Grocery Store”, “Ages 1 – 100 Fight For $500,000,” and “World’s Most Dangerous Trap!” videos.

The first image is of the participant in the grocery challenge when he accidentally punctured his indoor pool.

Next, the second screenshot was from the video where contestants from the ages of 1 to 100 competed against each other. The capture was taken from the marble challenge, with one contestant leading the other 17-3!

The last screenshot is from the “Dangerous Traps” video. In this video, the contestants braved all challenges. However, they end up losing everything during the Squid Games cookie task. Despite the sad outcome, MrBeast didn’t let the video end on a negative note. He still rewarded the player with $100,000 in the end.

Fans took up a healthy discussion in the comments section with each of them sharing which moment was most heartbreaking for them.

The top comment on the page was one of a user speaking about the broken cookie. They mentioned how the contestant lost so much money because of that mistake. They said, “The cookie for sure, bro could’ve had so much money”

Another user shared about how they felt like the cookie breaking was the saddest thing they saw in a MrBeast video. The user ” I almost teared up for the poor guy.”

A contestant from the “Ages 1 – 100 Fight For $500,000” video spoke about how they shared a bond with participants 52 and 53. They said that they experienced the incident in person which makes it the saddest moment for them. “I was #43, and both 52 and 53 were the people I talked to most in my week there. They were both awesome.”

Another user shared a different opinion and stated that the pool puncturing was “soul-crushing” in their opinion. They stated they would have walked out of there if they were in the store for the challenge. “The pool was soul-crushing. I would’ve walked out then and there if I was in that store.”

Other viewers also believed that the pool incident was the saddest moment in MrBeast’s videos. A user said, “definitely the pool for me”

While there was no unanimous decision about which incident was the saddest, we know that each person has a different perspective. MrBeast’s videos give viewers a look at the contestants’ vulnerability which makes them feel connected on a human level.
