To be precise, there are three factions/groups seen in the GTA 6 trailer. Going by the looks, they are known as the High Rollerz Lifestyle, the Dirt Bike gang, and ThrillBilly mud club. The latter is what makes the situation interesting as it also features the viral Mud Girl. It appears she’s a part of this mud club and may have an extend involvement in the plot. Maybe the story will follow a mission where the protagonist will come across the Mud Girl to join her club as part of a quest.

But one should not take it more than being just an early theory. For now, it’s only a speculation from the way the trailer has depicted several groups in a distinguishing manner. If the game ends up having factions, it will be interesting to see how devs will place them to fit in the bigger narrative.
