Madden NFL 21 released late August this year, and it is being played right alongside the Madden season live. NFL is now heading into week 5 of its regular season. Electronic Arts have repeatedly been stubborn about keeping their updates in sync with the events taking place in the regular season.

Therefore, a lot of community discussion takes place with the player ratings every time there is an update. Also, real-life events have influenced the game and vice-versa. Players have repeatedly sought to prove the game ratings wrong in recent years.

NBA superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo has officially been added to the Yard.

Apart from the patches, the roster for Week 5 roster was also updated. Over 750 players received a rating update following the previous week’s result. This further includes depth charts and injuries for all the teams.
