So let’s find out what Barkley thinks about the 2020 Masters Tournament winner and what makes him unique and an elite athlete.

Dustin Johnson and dunking basketball

The official Twitter handle of Golf Digest posted a video with Charles Barkley. There he talked about golfers and his fellow basketball players. Barkley replied, “Dustin Johnson. The rest of the dudes like this tall, though.” He indicated the height of others using his hand gesture. According to him, the rest all the golfers are short-heighten comparatively. Therefore, the LIV golfer’s height would be a plus point for him. However, it was not just height that made Barkley say Johnson’s name. It was also his skills. He was “the only one” closer to basketball.

In fairness, the former NBA player said that only Johnson seems the right fit. Because he was the only one, he had ever seen come close to dunking. Therefore, if we believe Barkley, the 1.93 m tall golfer, could have been a basketball player probably, if it wasn’t for golf. However, the fan following of the Masters championship winner must be happy to have him in golf. Although, he could have made many basketball fans too.
