The D+D Real Czech Masters has already started at the Albatross Golf Resort in Prague. The winner from last year’s event, Johannes Veerman, has returned to the field to defend his title for the tournament. Not only him but his top-most competitor from the previous year, Tapio Pulkkanen, who lost by two shots last year, is also back on the course looking for redemption. If Pulkkanen makes it to the win, it would be his first DP World Tour victory in his golfing career. There has also been an increment in the prize money and the total purse for this year’s event.

The total purse for last year was €1 million. However, it has been raised to €1.75 million this year, which makes it a 75% increase in the prize money.
