Golf fans are currently focused on watching their favorite stars performing at the 2023 Arnold Palmer Invitational. The highly-awaited tournament is scheduled to be played from Mar 2nd–5th, 2023. The field is full of talented golfers from all around the world with Jon Rahm currently leading the field. But how much is the total purse for the tournament this year? Golf stars from all over the world are playing the momentous tournament in memory of golf’s greatest man. And for everyone who is not already aware, the field is full of some of the most talented golfers of all time. World No. 2, Scottie Scheffler, who won the event in 2022 as his second win for the year, is back on the field to defend his title.

But Scheffler is going to face some serious competition this time as standing against him will be Billy Horschel, Tyrell Hatton, and Viktor Hovland. All three of them finished as runner-up last season, and are back to try their luck again this year. And with a history of winning the tournament three years back, Hatton considers his odds of winning higher than anyone else.

Along with all these players, World No. 1, Jon Rahm, is also present on the field after dominating the sport with his recent performances. Moreover, his biggest competitor from Riviera Country Club, Max Homa, is also on the field to try and regain his authority in the game! Other players on the field include Martin Laird, Jason Day, Francesco Molinari, and legend and former world no.1, Rory McIlroy.

Fans are excited to witness the victory of their favorite players at the 2023 Arnold Palmer Invitational. However, along with the winning title and the trophy for the event, the prize money also serves as a great motivator for the golfers. The tournament is being hosted at Bay Hill in Florida. Regarded as one of the most enjoyable courses to play on the PGA Tour, it is also considered an extremely difficult field for players. The course was originally designed by Dick Wilson and was opened in 1961. However, it was later redesigned by GOAT Arnold Palmer in 1989.
