The Masters, the year’s first major event, will take place at Augusta National in the following week. But LIV Golf players must first compete in LIV Golf Orlando’s trip to Orange County National. The 18 LIV players who have been invited to The Masters will have one final opportunity to perfect their swings at LIV Golf Orlando, the third competition of the year, before trying to put on the green jacket. What will the winner take home? Who is heading the field this year?
How much money is on the line for the LIV Golf Orlando 2023?
The purse for the 2023 LIV Golf Orlando is set at $25 million, of which the winner will receive $4,000,000, or 20%, as per the LIV Golf’s prize money allocation chart. After 36 holes, there is no cut, and the competition is only 54 holes long instead of the usual 72. The $20 million in individual prizes will go to each player who completes three rounds of the competition. In the 12-team concurrent format, the top three teams will divide $5 million, with $3 million going to first, $1.5 million to second, and $500,000 going to the third, with the teams receiving the money rather than the players individually.

Although, teams and individuals can earn points that contribute towards season-long bonuses and the team title in Saudi Arabia in November.
