The Asian Tour’s elevated events International Series are heading to Japan’s Caledonian Golf Club on May 11, following two action-packed stops in India and Macau. American stars Ollie Schniederjans and Carlos Ortiz became the winners in those events, and now, the land of the rising sun is set to host the next event, one that could potentially shape a player’s entire future. At stake this season isn’t just money, it’s also a life-changing LIV Golf contract.
That golden trophy will go to the player who finishes at the top of the International Series rankings by season’s end. Just like the previous tournaments, 156 players will play in Japan with a $2 million purse on the line. The winner will take home a lucrative $360,000, while the runner-up will get $220,000. Third place grabs $126,000, and fourth earns $100,000. Every shot counts when there’s that kind of cash and also the opportunity, so there’s the whole list of International Series Japan Prize Money Payout.
