The seventh signature event of the PGA Tour calendar is here! After the historic win (since Scottie became the first golfer with five PGA Tour wins before the U.S. Open in a season since Tom Watson in 1980), the competition for this season will be even tougher. Rory McIlroy, despite his dominant form, has stepped away from participation. But the event still has notable names who could challenge Scheffler to defend his title. However, with overnight rain, the course might get firm, and the ball would be faster than expected. Even to make the ball reach farther, the wind of 12 mph and gusts of 31 mph will contribute greatly. While the temperature will be ideal for the day, ranging around 69.8 degrees.
