Tiger Woods has been having a pretty rough time on the field ever since he got injured in the unfortunate 2021 car crash. The golfer has been struggling to walk properly during his tournaments. And to keep himself in the right shape, Woods has to work really hard off the field as well. He recently talked about everything he has been doing to make sure things get better for him and his body.

What has Tiger Woods been doing to make himself ready?
The world is eager to know what the golf great has been doing to keep himself in shape. Moreover, ever since he promised to come back stronger at the JP McManus Pro-Am, fans have been keen to know his ways of getting back to his best form.
Woods had been struggling due to the limp in his right leg as a result of his injuries. The golfer tried playing in the recent Hero World Challenge but had to withdraw mid-tournament due to underlying pain. However, his recent interview at Bridgestone Golf’s ‘Another Golf Podcast’ was a treat for the fans. And it was so because the golfer decided to share everything he had been going through, trying to recover from his injuries.

In a recent episode of the podcast, Woods was asked about how fit he felt to participate in the upcoming events. “I can hit all the rain with anybody. A great car golfer.” the golf legend said. “I am not good at the walking part,”. Woods explained his condition and said he was still struggling with walking straight during a tournament.
The golfer explained how during his game at the Hero World Challenge, numerous players approached him saying they had gone through similar injuries and surgeries like him. However, Woods did not want to talk about it. “Man, I don’t want to go down that road,” he said.

Woods also talked about how he had to go through a lot of things that he had already done for so many years. And it was all part of the procedure to get back in form. “I gotta do all the rehab and the therapies and the strengthening and stretching…I feel like this is made for like a two-year-old,” he added. However, he mentioned that everything he was doing was showing results, and that he was not able to hit “any shot”!
