However, Rothenberg did not accept the claims and went on to sue the Orlando-area hospital for defamation. He claimed that Health Central owed $400,000 in damages. This was due to the defamation caused along with a plausible explanation for being fired by the parties involved. Along with all this, David also demanded reinstatement.

In addition to this, he also claimed that Tiger Woods is one of the reasons why he is faced with the wrath of unemployment. He indicated that his being fired was not so simple. Instead it might have been to cover up a hospital secret.

He was fired for seeing Tiger’s health records and hence breaching the patient’s privacy. Thus he blamed Wood’s influence as a probable reason that cost him his job.
