The golf real estate market keeps booming. Last February, actor Mark Wahlberg traded his Beverly Hills Home for a market value of $55 million, and that home even had a backyard pitch-and-putt. A few months later, the Calgary estate was also on sale for $14 million, and it has its own 9-hole track and clubhouse. Also recently, we got to know about Patrick Mahomes’ new backyard golf refuge.

And now, there’s another latest entry in the golf real estate market, and this new entry has an uncanny resemblance to a clubhouse that dates back to 1933.

What is this Augusta National Clubhouse clone?

The Augusta National Clubhouse is located in Augusta, Georgia, US, and was founded by Bobby Jones and Clifford Roberts. This top-ranked course was established in 1933. But recently something has popped up in the golf market that bears a resemblance to this heritage course.

The Ohio mansion with a backyard golf complex has been on the market recently, and this $8 million property has a similar look to that of the clubhouse.

Recently, a picture of this dream mansion was posted on social media by Golf Digest’s page. Additionally, the post said, “Ohio mansion with backyard golf complex and study modeled after Augusta National’s Clubhouse could be yours for $8 million.” Stating that this grand house is a lookalike of the Augusta National Clubhouse and is currently on the market for sale

What does the Ohio mansion look like?

This estate area has an intricately manicured par-3 hole and putting green of its own. In addition to this, inside the mansion, there are six luxurious bed chambers, seven and a half restrooms, and four fireplaces. Also, the Delaware County home is a clone of Augusta National’s wood-paneled clubhouse. This 12000 sq ft place also has several other perks, other than just ANGC worship, which include 10-12 foot ceilings on every floor, an outdoor pool, a lift facility, and a completely renovated party barn that is placed on the top of a 10-car garage.
