Amid the ongoing Ryder Cup controversy, the series will return for its 12th event on its 14-tournament journey. And all eyes are on DeChambeau after his humble response to not being selected to see what he has in store to entertain the fans next. And the Scientist is more than ready for the attention as he plans yet another fun practice session.
Bryson DeChambeau is planning an innovative warm-up
With his performance at the LIV Greenbrier, where he recorded a 58 in his final round, DeChambeau has managed to put the golf world on edge about his game. However, he’s been garnering more and more attention even before that massive feat.
A few days before carding the record-breaking score, he had shot a funny bit of content with Phil Mickelson. The two coming together was news to everyone because they captain the rival team. But DeChambeau’s YouTube personality looped Lefty in, and they shot a 40-minute video practicing.
In more recent news, he is ready to take the legacy forward and involve more players in the circle. He will pair with his Crushers GC teammate, Anirban Lahiri. And play against Range Goats GC. The two players on the team will be Bubba Watson and Harold Varner. Crushers GC revealed the news in an Instagram post. And asked the fans, “Who do you have winning this?”

They plan to play the two-vs.-two match in a nine-hole format. The same drill that DeChambeau followed with Phil Mickelson The result of that match was a highly entertaining video. And the golf world was elated to see on-field rivals engage in healthy competition. Are you excited to see another installment of the YouTube practice series? The golf practice world is more excited to witness the practice rounds
When Lefty and The Scientist battled with each other on the field, one could see them having the time of their lives. There was plenty of friendly banter, gambling talk, and splendid gameplay. Staying true to his name, Bryson DeChambeau also made a tough shot using science. And Lefty stood astonished. Perhaps that’s why fans were quick to jump into—and the comments section of Instagram and answer who, according to them, would win.
One of them commented, “DeChambeau all day..”. And another one wrote, “Give me Bubba and Varner.” A fan just wanted to see something nice, and it looks like he found it. “That’ll be a good watch.” And one was excited enough to have the format change. “4 v 4 would be really fun to watch too.”
Another one jumped the gun from watching the match to watching YouTube. “This the content we need!!” Referencing the Ryder Cup fail, one fan commented for DeChambeau, “Your own little Ryder Cup.” And we found another fan for Crushers GC. “Expect a lot of trash talk from Varner. Going to be an interesting match. Go Crushers.”
Range Goats GC hilariously commented, “We heard that @brysondechambeau has a @bubbawatson poster on his bedroom wall!” One fan cheered for “Anirban”, while another wrote, “Bubba and HV3.” Many fans supported Bryson and his team. “I’ll be going with @brysondechambeau and Anirban! Love CrushersGC!!”
