As ironic as it sounds, the latest information was provided by DeChambeau’s ex-girlfriend, Hunter Nugent. The mystery woman was seen on the golf course cladded in an all-black outfit with dark shades. She took a seat with the Crushers captain in the golf cart during rounds at the event.

About her identity, she goes by the name of Lilia Schneider. A native of Michigan, she is a sophomore golfer at Marian University, Indianapolis. Her first year on the circuit proved too soon as she racked up 87 & 89 in her only two rounds at the UPike Fall Invite, finishing 24th.

However, Schneider had a sensational golfing career at an amateur level. She is a 2-time all-conference player and gained the MVP honor on her high school team. The 19-year-old has even qualified for the MHSAA State Championships in 2019 and 2020 consecutively, eventually leading to be the team captain.

Schneider’s off-field maneuvers

It’s not just her golf exploits that leave an impression. With an Instagram following of nearly 45k, Schneider is more than just another social media influencer. “I used to be very insecure and hate my body,” she once said on TikTok. “So I decided to do something about it.”

Now a sensation among the golfing circles, Schneider stands a good chance of becoming the next Instagram golf influencer and following in the footsteps of golf beauty Paige Spiranac. Only 19, she can make a career outside golf without leaving the playing field.

Her university team, Marian U. women’s golf team, is scheduled to play a fall schedule that concludes a couple of days before the LIV event moves to the season-ending extravaganza event in Miami. Expect Schneider to be at the event too, cheering for her beau DeChambeau.
