The world No. 1 golfer recently posed for the 2025 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, a far cry from her usual turf on the golf course. “It was such an exciting shoot,” Korda said. “I think that’s what the shoot is about. I think that’s what life is about, also, sometimes challenging yourself.” Korda modelled several swimsuits and emphasized the importance of being a role model for younger women, encouraging them to “rock what they got.”

Korda admitted to initially feeling timid due to the unfamiliarity of posing in a swimsuit, but the experience ultimately proved to be a fun and empowering one. “I had such a great crew to work with and work alongside,” she said. “It was just so much fun.” As a role model, Korda recognizes the impact golf has had on her life and is proud to inspire the next generation. Well, Korda is certainly all giddy with this latest feat of hers and is not shy in expressing her feelings.

The LPGA superstar took it to Instagram to express her excitement about being featured in the 2025 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, calling it “A DREAM” and thanking everyone who helped make it happen, praising her crew for making the experience unforgettable. “Thank you to everyone that helped make this happen! #SISwim25” Her caption read: “✨✨A DREAM ✨✨ AHHHHHH 😱 so excited to be featured alongside so many fellow athletes and amazing women! 💗”
