The golfer bought the 5,545-square-foot mansion in 2016 for just under $1.50 million. The mansion features tons of luxuries like five bedrooms, a dedicated entertainment room, a pool, a summer kitchen outside, four full bathrooms, and a private boat launch for kayaks and jet skis.

After living in the home since 2016, he placed it on the market a couple of months back. Purchasing it for $1.48 million and selling it for $3.1 million made Thomas a handsome profit. No rocket science there, right?

The sale of the mansion symbolizes a new start for the Pro. The golfer has dropped in the OWGR to 20th. Last month he could not make the cut at the US Open. He claimed this to be the lowest point in his professional career.

Prior to that, he had also missed the cut at the Masters. Both being massive tournaments for the Pro! Thomas has been vocal about his recent struggles on the greens that have held him back in these important tournaments. The selling of his home marks a fresh start for the player.
