This young man at heart proves the idea that the light of life should never fade away. Daly indeed has a long way to go because this man fought bladder cancer in 2020. Then again in 2022, another misery came along his way, and he had to undergo surgery at Arkansas Surgical Hospital for his knee contusion. Even following this surgery, he again had to sustain another knee repair, for after the last operation there was inflammation, making things worse again.

But despite all these hindrances, which would naturally discourage a normal human being from living to the fullest, Daly rather took up these challenges as an inspiration, and desired to keep his golden colors shining, radiating, and entertaining the golf community at his best.
