Phil Mickelson once blamed a cameramen for clicking badly timed pictures

Phil Mickelson has won many titles on the PGA Tour. He recently shifted to the LIV Golf league and became the face of the Saudi-backed tour. However, the golfer’s records on the PGA tour are still some of the most legendary ones in the history of the sport. Adding to his wins, Mickelson once claimed victory in the 2004 Masters title. But despite his amazing win, the golfer was unhappy because of something completely different.

After winning the tournament, Mickelson took an unexpected high leap of celebration in the air. But according to him, the photographers missed capturing the moment at the right time. “I jumped so high I almost hit lightning that day,” he said“Unfortunately, the photographers, they just didn’t time it right…I felt like that was an unfair assessment of that leap, because I probably could have dunked a basketball if need be.”

According to sources, Phil Mickelson and three other players recently requested a federal judge to remove their names from the PGA Tour lawsuit. The golfer recently gave a statement saying he no longer needed involvement in the lawsuit. Mickelson has helped LIV Golf in recruiting many new players in the league. And his decision to step out of the lawsuit arises due to LIV Golf’s direct involvement as a plaintiff. However, there has been no decision taken regarding the antitrust lawsuit against the PGA Tour yet.
