A hate comment would not faze Anthony Kim and not when it involves his daughter, Bella. The 38-year-old pro has revealed that the one reason he even thought about giving golf another chance was because of his family. Firstly, because his wife started to play golf, and he taught her. And secondly, because he wanted to make his 3-year-old daughter proud.

Expanding on the same, AK shared an adorable post with Bella and how she accompanied him at The Grange. It was posted on X and the caution was, “Amazing bring ur daughter to work day Bella is the reason I am here today.” The comments under the tweet were mostly welcoming and encouraging.

However, one person reposted it with a jibe at Kim’s recent performance (53rd in Jeddah and Miami, 50th in Hong Kong) and despite his ordinary rounds, he will receive a guaranteed paycheck even though he plays badly and that’s why he was playing golf. The user said, “That and the guaranteed money I will get for shooting 76, 77, 77.” AK being as savage as he could be, gave the hater a fitting response. He replied to the hate saying, “Thanks for ur response little guy. I dont insult 100 year old people so I ll let this slide.” 

Hilarious and savage, to say the least, and the user would probably never comment anything bad on AK ever again. The response was the favorite of Kim’s fans and even Lee Westwood found it top-notch, as for the fans? They were falling for the pro all over again as they clapped for his crushing reply.

Just like Anthony Kim started a new life in golf, he also did so with his social media presence. AK wasn’t on any social media before his return but the way he replied to the hate comment, impressed one fan. They lauded Kim for his savage reply to that person even though he was relatively a newbie on X and said, “For being brand new to X this is a veteran response. Well done.” AK in return exclaimed that he was built for this kind of thing and should’ve started it sooner.

Starting with a two-word appreciation and a bit of advice, this supporter addressed AK, saying, “Great reply, screw these haters.” They then shared how they go about life when someone talks about them behind their back. Suggesting Kim follows the same mantra, they added, “I always live by if someone is not able to say anything to my face it wasn’t said. Stay strong AK and enjoy your life and golf.”

AK was once named a legend for how he started winning on the PGA Tour. However, to do so again at the LIV Golf would require much more patience and hard work. But fret not, this user has already named Kim a legend but this time, for his seasoned comment. They briefed, “AK this cements you even further as the legend you are.” Cheering him up for the up-and-coming LIV Golf Adelaide, this man shouted, “Give em hell this weekend brother!” 

While the hater tried to pull down Kim and his spirit, this supporter of the pro gave them a tooth for a tooth. They took a dig at the person’s golfing skills and compared it to that of AK. They said, “He’s jealous he can’t shoot 115 on his best day,” and exclaimed that regardless of how one performs, “Haters gonna hate.” 

This user broke down the hater’s tweet and explained how it didn’t make sense. They explained how everyone gets money for working their job, saying, “Goofy response by the other guy. As if he likely doesn’t get “guaranteed money” to show up to his job like billions of other people.” While disagreeing with them, they also notified AK that the next time a hater comments on his post, his supporters will take care of it and said, “But don’t worry bout the naysayers next time AK we’ll cook these fools on your behalf.” Kim liked the concern and reassurance of this fan and laughingly told him that he appreciated the effort.

Regardless of whatever comes at Anthony Kim, in the short period, the 38-year-old has made a strong fanbase and they would not let anyone disrespect AK in any way!
