From an angle, Phil Mickelson resembles actor Emilio Estevez; both of them have similar nose shapes, and the light color of the eyes may confuse anyone if they just looked left or his celebrity looked like Estevez. But are they related? Not even by 0.1 percent. Although both are American, they don’t have anything in common.

Another pair that bears a strong resemblance to each other is not Max Homa but his caddie to former NFL quarterback, Ryan Fitzpatrick. There have been plenty of times when Homa has teed up with his caddie, Joe Greiner, by his side, and the spectators take many looks to register if it is Fitzpatrick or Greiner. Looking them at side by side, it is the beard that gives them the same look.

So, like anyone, the question of Greiner and Fitzpatrick being related has been floating in the golf world too. Unsurprisingly, they are not related, and definitely they are not the same people. And to clear all the confusion of the fans, the PGA Tour posted the two of them united at the 2023 WM Phoenix Open on X. They captioned it, 2 beards, 2 legends. Joe Greiner, Ryan Fitzpatrick Confirmed: They are different people.”

As said, it is not new to find doppelgangers across different sports or events in Hollywood. However, Greiner and Fitzpatrick have one or two facial characteristics resembling each other; there is one legendary pro who has his replica in pop culture as well.

Like Max Homa’s caddie, exploring 3 other twins from the golf world

Whether it is the small European nose, the smile lines, or the small eyes, Michael Bolton and Bernhard Langer look like literal twins of each other. However, they are not related and, in reality, have never crossed paths with each other. But surprisingly, Langer and Bolton are closer in age; the German pro was born in 1957, while the American singer is only four years older than the 42-time DP World Tour winner.

Adding more to the list is the 2023 Ryder Cup captain, Zach Johnson. He shares an uncanny resemblance to the famous Hollywood actor, Joaquin Phoenix. When the actor is without any beard, it looks like just Johnson, except without the Claret Jug he won in 2015 or the green jacket he won in 2007.

Last but not least is the currently trending golfer, Billy Horschel. The American pro recently won the BMW PGA Championship after defeating Rory McIlroy in a playoff at Wentworth Golf Club. Although he has never revealed that Batman was his favorite movie saga, he does share many features similar to Christian Bale. Many golfers share a twin in some part of the world, and it is always fascinating to find them!
