John Daly’s daughter takes initiative in keeping her father’s passion alive

John Daly is indeed an evergreen man who always held a smiling face despite all the hazardous health deprivations he faced in the past few years. His bladder cancer, which led to physical deterioration, was diagnosed in 2020. He had also undergone surgery for cancer and been in rehabilitation. Additionally, he also had a full knee replacement just two years later

Notwithstanding all the difficulties, the ‘bad boy’ of golf will still participate in the $2 million event at Stanford International, and the golf community is quite eager to witness his appearance in the biennial event on the PGA Tour Champions. Even the official notice of this was confirmed in July via Instagram, where Daly committed to displaying his gameplay.

While the father focuses on his one goal, how can the daughter stay back? Thus, a recent social media post surfaces that hints at the fact that Daly’s daughter is taking an interest in music, a leisure hobby for Daly, in which he took an active interest during his youth days.

The post about Shynah Hale Daly was posted by an Instagram account named lil_skinny_music. It has seven pictures in it, and Shynah appears in one of the pictures. The snaps clearly indicates a rock gig. The post carried a caption that said,Last Night, We had a ball in Little Rock! Big thanks to my big brother @bryanmartinmusic for all the kind hospitality! Shoutout to my sis @shydaly for surprising me last night and all of the badass content!

John Daly avidly takes an interest in rock music!

John Daly made contributions not only to golf but to music as well. He takes an ardent interest in rock music, with Bob Dylan being his top pick. The two-time major winner covered ‘Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door’ pretty many times, perhaps more than Dylan played it in the loop.

Even though he’s the only man to perform a classic song on stage in China, he performed this as a duet with Kenny G. But Daly is a solo band believer. He even got featured in two of his albums and also on the Kid Rock record. Even Darius Rucker took an interest in Daly’s albums and collaborated with him. His first album, ‘My Life’, was released in 2002, while he was still polishing his songwriting skills. Daly even released another album in 2010, ‘I Only Know One Way’, which consisted of eight songs composed by the player himself.
