Since the Saudi League follows the format of 12 teams, each of which consists of 4 members, every year there is a bit of shuffling to select the members.

While the decision regarding all the teams is being made, all the players for the Dustin Johnson-led 4 Aces GC have been finalized. As Patrick Reed locks his spot for next year, a core memory from this year will definitely serve as an inspiration for him and his team.

Just hours ago, the American-led team confirmed their squad for the next season. Johnson made the major decision to not make any changes to his team for 2024. Going again with his 2022 teammates, the captain blissfully continues with Patrick Reed, Peter Uihlein, and the skipper, Pat Perez. Though fans are not very happy with this choice, Johnson is paying no heed to them.

In 2022, the 4Aces GC team won four regular-season events and the Team Championship. Individually, Patrick Reed has given some memorable performances. He has finished in the top five three times in the 2022 LIV Golf Invitational Series. This includes finishing second in Bangkok and fourth in the Individual Champion standings. Once again, he will be continuing with the team in 2024.

And at the end of the season, the official page of 4 Aces GC on Instagram shared a clip of some of the best shots of Reed from the London event. The video shows Patrick receiving a good luck charm from his daughter in London on the 8th hole. It was a tiny leap stem, which he placed within his notepad and proceeded to play. After that, he delivered one birdie after another on almost all the holes.

The good luck charm mixed with his daughter’s love works very well for Reed at the London event. It indeed was a core memory that both the father-daughter duo and all his teammates—thanks to his performance—will always remember and cherish.

After the 2024 team was announced, many fans were quick to label it bland with no excitement. Pat Perez’s contract has been renewed for the next season, and some fans are not happy with it. Since Perez and Johnson are friends, they all called the choice a predictable one.
