Although the LPGA Tour’s 2023 season is over, Nelly Korda is no less excited about her new ‘challenge.’ After the CME Group Tour Championship, where Korda finished in the 8th position, she is now taking the time to prepare herself for a different role. The soon-to-be-aunt was recently at her sister’s Thanksgiving party, posing with Jessica Korda and her baby bump.

While the LPGA Tour drew a curtain this week, for Nelly Korda the season is yet to be over. Korda is slated to tee up at two tournaments next month as well. But for now, it seems she has some other duties to attend to and fans are more eager to see her in the new role.

In August, Jessica Korda shared the news of her pregnancy with the world. Due in February, the six-time LPGA Tour winner is taking some time off from the greens and the mom-to-be is now focusing on her new journey towards motherhood.

Celebrations are in full swing in the Korda household as Jessica Korda was seen enjoying her baby shower. Along with Nelly Korda, other LPGA Tour pros such as Alison Lee, Lydia Ko, and Megan Khang were also present. But it was Nelly Korda who stole the limelight with a gorgeous dress and her quirky pose alongside her sister.

The @Jessicakorda is da cutest,” wrote the younger sister in her latest Instagram post. The nine-time LPGA Tour winner placed her ears against her sister’s baby bump. It seems the 25-year-old is gearing up to take up her new role of a caring aunt by listening to what the baby has to say early on.

While Nelly Korda is super excited to become an aunt, two tournaments are staring her way. The 1x Major winner will tee up at the Grant Thornton Invitational, the mixed-gender event pairing up with Tony Finau on December 8. After that, the 25-year-old will tee up at the PNC Championship teaming up with his father at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Orlando. But as of now, she is relishing the Thanksgiving party and fans were quick to congratulate her on the new role.

A user shared his experience of turning an uncle and also shared his thoughts on how Jr. Korda will be as an aunt and wrote, “I recently became an uncle and it is such an amazing experience and blessing. Aunt Nelly will be awesome.

Jessica Korda just a few days posted on her Instagram story, that she needs to be reminded that she is pregnant. Fortunately, the baby takes it upon itself to do that job. Alluding to that, this user commented, “Did the baby kick?

Undoubtedly, it’s not easy being a mother. But the joy makes all the trouble worth it. “Baby time! It’s the best time” one fan pointed out.
