Bryson DeChambeau is one of the prominent golfers on the LIV circuit. In his PGA Tour days, he bagged one major and several other titles. Even after defecting to LIV Golf last year, the American sensation made his country proud by adding several laurels to his trophy cabinet. But despite all these achievements, his world ranking is at 142 since LIV Golf doesn’t get OWGR points.

A few days ago, their plea to the OWGR for points was dismissed. While he received a setback from the Official World Golf Rankings Association, the star golfer is heralded as one of the best by fans. 

Bryson DeChambeau is one of the top golfers in the world

Bryson DeChambeau is showing a different level of expertise on the greens. Besides garnering wins with his Crushers GC team as captain, he had several individual wins and top finishes as well. Overall, his performance graph was at its peak throughout the season. 

If one takes a look at his achievement roster, DeChambeau had six top-ten finishes among the fourteen LIV events. Out of the fourteen events, he won two events. He won the LIV Golf Invitational Greenbrier (that took place at the Old White Course), where he had a score of 23-under-187. In the same event, he had a record round of 58. Then, he won the LIV Golf Chicago, where he secured a 13-under 200.

Recently, his team, Crushers GC, also triumphed in LIV Golf Miami. Apart from LIV Golf, he also stood at T4 in the PGA Championship. Thus, it is safe to assert that he is one of the top players. Recently, a post about the same circulated from the Crushers GC social media account. 

In the post, a list of his achievements is given with snaps of his game. The post also carried a caption, “Is it safe to say that Bryson DeChambeau is a top 5 golfer in the world right now? 👀”
