How much debt does Erica Herman need to pay off?

According to the court records in Orlando, Erica needs to pay $240,244.08 to Tom Morris, the Florida investor. He won the judgment against Herman and her two former business partners. According to reports, an amount of $295.60 is being deducted from Erica’s pay weekly. So the golfer’s business directly sends the money to Morris.

However, at this rate, it would take around 67 years for Herman to pay back all the money to Morris. “She is indeed under a garnishment order,” said Tom Morris’ lawyer. “Of course, we’d much rather get a lump sum payment, but Ms. Herman is reimbursing as she was ordered to do.”

Meanwhile, Herman and her ex-boyfriend Jesse Newton and former business partner Ricky McIntosh received $200,000 as investment from Morris in 2010. They wanted to set up a chain of five nightclubs in Orlando. But with problems creeping in, they built their first bar in 2014, which was three years behind schedule.

However, they had to close the bar months after it started. This left them unable to pay the debt they had taken from Tom. Hence, he filed a suit, and after a few months, they passed a judgment for $240,233.08, including interest, fees, and fines.

Has Tiger Woods paid off the debt?

Herman broke up with his then-boyfriend, Jesse Newton, in 2016 and left for Jupiter to work at the Woods. There, she met Tiger Woods after a few days, and eventually, they started dating. However, after Erica moved to Jupiter, another debt collector sued her in Palm Beach County.

He said she had to pay $26,635.80 as she had bought supplies for the nightclub on credit. However, the suit was dismissed as the debt collector failed to locate Erica. Meanwhile, she currently lives in the Tiger Woods mansion in Jupiter, Florida. And the couple has merged their lives. Hence, Tiger can pay off the debt without worrying.

But no conclusive reports suggest that Woods has paid off her debts. However, because the couple is in a good relationship, people believe Woods is already on it.
