And with that, the inaugural Black Desert Championship will soon end. After over 6 decades, a PGA Tour winner will emerge victorious on Utah greens, and it will surely be a memorable moment. But before that, the 69-player field has to play the final round at the Black Desert Resort. With the black lava stones making it hard for the pros to hit low scores, who has taken the third-round lead in Utah? After losing the first round, Matt McCarty emerged as the solo clubhouse leader after 54 holes.

After scoring 7 under 64 on the moving day with an exceptional run of birdie-birdie-birdie-eagle-birdie stretch (6-under) from hole 4-8, McCarty showed how dominant he could be on the course. If the 26-year-old wins the Black Desert Championship, it will be his fourth victory in the last ten starts on the Korn Ferry Tour and PGA Tour. As the leader, McCarty will start his final round later than everyone at 1:35 p.m. MDT.

He will be joined by Joe Highsmith, who shot the lowest round of 62 in the third round and finished in a four-way tie for the second. Following him at T2 are Kevin Streelman, Harris English, and Stephan Jaeger. The first two are paired to tackle the final round at 1:25 p.m., whereas Jaeger will be playing the Sunday round with Harry Hall, solo 6th on the leaderboard after round 3, at 1:15 p.m.

As there are only 69 players on the field, Swedish pro, Alexander Bjork, will start the final round alone and first, as he finished 69th courtesy of scoring even par after three rounds. Notably, the intensity to win the first-ever Black Desert Championship will rise, and the fans would not want to miss a single moment of all the drama. Here is how you can watch the final round.
