Sims shared two slides of her ramp walk, one when she was carrying baby Crew inside her and the other from Miami Swim Week last month. Her five-time major-winning husband, Brooks Koepka, was in attendance as Sims rocked a floral bikini on the ramp. Sims captioned, “1 year later, both walks were equally empowering @si_swimsuit, [Sports Illustrated Swimsuit] thank you as always for accepting us as we are.”

A year ago, on July 7, Sims walked on the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Show’s runway while seven months pregnant. The white T-shirt read, ‘Currently growing a pair’. Sims later said, “It takes courage to walk the runway 7 months pregnant. Working for my lifelong dream brand, having no control over my body was terrifying yet the biggest blessing.”

Sims at that time said, “I was never alone up there [on the ramp].” It was true, as her fans lauded her courage for proudly showing her baby bump. This time, too, as she posted two clips side by side, netizens stood by what Sims stood for.
