Bryson DeChambeau, too, took social media to reveal the real truth about his absence from the PGA Tour and acknowledged the false news spreading about him.

Bryson posted a lengthy note about the honest reason for his absence from the PGA Tour events on his Instagram. He captioned the post, “Thank you everyone for your continued support.” 

According to the post, DeChambeau would miss the Genesis Invitational that will begin this week. The golfer explained that since his hip and hand injuries still need time to recover, he would not be able to attend the PGA event. 

Bryson also added that many false rumors are spreading about him, and it is untrue. He further stated that he or his team would directly inform the fans regarding his health and schedules. DeChambeau ended the note with, “I look forward to getting healthy and seeing everyone soon.”

False news about Bryson DeChambeau

Bryson DeChambeau to quit the PGA Tour. Recently, a podcast revealed that the 28-year-old golfer had decided to quit playing for the PGA.

According to them, some of the golfers with whom Bryson played at Saudi said this. Later, the hosts admitted that they think the decisions aren’t made yet. They added, “But the information as I know it, from very reputable sources, that is where things stand as of now.” 

Bryson’s comment on Charley Hoffman’s post helped the rumor to spread like fire. He wrote, “Agree wholeheartedly @charleyhoffman,” when Hoffman alleged it is Tour’s fault that golfers want to play on other Tour. 

Hoffman posted a social media post sharing how absurd the rules are. He was furious at the Tour for adding a penalty as his ball rolled over and fell into the water. Furthermore, he added that the PGA fails at giving enough protection for its players. 

Many rumors are spreading around Bryson these days. However, the golfer doesn’t seem to agree with any of them. Since we all would like to watch more power-hitting in the PGA events, we would like to believe what he says.
