DeChambeau is probably the only player who clearly showed his intentions of joining the LIV Series, saying he made a “business decision.”

However, other players have not been very open about their reasons for joining the tour. But DeChambeau’s has proven to be the right decision for him.

The golfer recently got involved in an NFT promotion and didn’t forget to flaunt the cash he had earned from LIV Golf. The NFT displays a caricature of him throwing cash across the course. This cleared the picture for many other golfers as well, giving a representation of the reason behind their joining the LIV Series. The representation of DeChambeau’s NFT is certainly against the reasons given by so many other players, who said they joined the new league to play in a “new format” or be able to “play less golf.”

“There was a lot of financials to it and a lot of time. I get to have a life outside of golf. It’s a business decision for my family’s future, “DeChambeau said about joining the LIV Tour. There were reports that the “hulk of golf” was offered $100 million to be a part of the Saudi-funded series.

Unlike some other players, DeChambeau also showed immense interest in being able to play on the PGA Tour as well. But Jay Monahan’s statement was taken into effect immediately. As a result, PGA memberships of all players in the LIV Tour were suspended. Phil Mickelson and Dustin Johnson also joined the LIV Invitational Series and gave up on the PGA.

Bryson DeChambeau has no regrets about joining the LIV Tour and is pleased with his decision. The 28-year-old said that he wants to be a part of the final seven LIV Golf events of this year.
