Bryson began his career in golf in 2016. The 28-year-old currently holds the 9th position in the Official World Golf Rankings. In this short span of time, he has managed to establish his name by winning eight PGA Tour titles, one Korn Ferry Tour title, and an International title. Bryson has a major in the form of the 2020 U.S. Open.

When the interviewer asked him the question, DeChambeau wasted no time in answering. He said, “Grand slam is a huge deal for me.”

“I want to get to 20 wins at least,” he further added. Bryson explained that he knows the goal is huge, and considering he has only eight wins so far, it is a long way to go.
Grand Slam in men’s golf means winning the four majors in the same year, and nobody has ever won it in the modern era. Gene Sarazen won the first-ever Career Slam in 1935, and Ben Hogan, Gary Player, Tiger Woods, and Jack Nicklaus followed his path. Career Slam is when a golfer wins all four major championships.

It is only Tiger who has come anywhere near to a Grand Slam. He owned the trophies of all the majors at the same time. He won the U.S. Open, Open Championship, and PGA Championship in 2000 and won the Masters six months later.

Although Bryson has won a major in his career, he has never been close to winning a Grand Slam. However, since he has won eight titles at the PGA Tour events, Bryson is almost halfway through his second career goal.
