The non-official PGA event, ‘The Match’ has given many moments we can reminisce for many years. One of the most beautiful moments included Tiger Woods. It was a G.O.A.T. sighted with another G.O.A.T. at the Pelican Golf course. The video has been making rounds on the internet, and the golf community went crazy.

Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy are the top-ranked golfers in the world. However, they lost to Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth in ‘The Match’ on Saturday night in Florida. The winning team quickly emerged victorious in the 12-hole competition at Pelican Golf Club with a score of 3&2. Woods was rusty; however, he matched Thomas’ birdie on the first hole in the charity competition. 

During his first televised round since the 150th Open Championship 2022, Woods did string together a few good golf shots. However, the 15 times major championship winner has been going through a golf slump since February 2021. He met with a car accident and almost lost his right leg. However, he returned to golf after 14 months at Augusta this year. 

His journey hasn’t been incredible lately, although some special moments have become highlights. And as the new year is right around the corner, a beautiful incident at the Pelican golf club yesterday will become the highlight of 2022.
