Jena Sims cheers on Brooks Koepka for achieving patriotic dream

The past few days have been full of happiness for the golf couple. On 27th July, the new parents welcomed their first son into the world. Simultaneously, Koepka was also in the run for a spot in the Ryder Cup, a race that he eventually won.

Just hours ago in a live press conference, Zach Johnson announced his six picks for the Ryder Cup and Brooks is among them. Sims, who was catching the live telecast of the conference on her TV, shared the clip of the same through her Instagram stories.

Captioning the video #Ryder Cup, she wrote “Closest we will ever be to feeling like the NFL Draft.” In her other stories, Sims shared the post made by Ryder Cup USA of all the players who have been selected by Johnson and also congratulated them.

Besides Koepka, other names who are going to Rome next month as captain’s picks are Collin Morikawa, Jordan Spieth, Rocket Mortgage Garage winner Rickie Fowler, WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play winner Sam Burns, and Justin ThomasKoepka is the only LIV golfer on the team. His PGA Championship win and a close finish at the Masters Tournament came to his aid.
