“When I started hearing the stuff, uh, it was exciting,” Barkley said. He shared his thoughts on Woods’ comeback at the Masters on the Dan Patrick Show. “I don’t know if he can win, but it would be fun to see him there,” the former NBA player said.
“I mean if he win it like, it would be the greatest sports story ever,” He further added. “If he just makes the cut, it’ll be an incredible story.”
However, what seemed to be surprising was that when stating his opinion, he seemed to have forgotten Micheal Jordan. Michael Jordan won a three-peat, retired from the NBA, then un-retired to conquer the league once again. MJ won six titles in a span of eight years.
While this is considered one of the greatest achievements in history, his friend Charles Barkley seems to have forgotten to bring it up when discussing the greatest sporting comebacks.

Ever since his accident in February of 2021, the golfer hasn’t played an official 72-hole event. All he has played was the PNC Championship, a 36-hole father-son event, with his son Charlie. Although the pair secured a second position, Woods revealed that his injuries from the accident had caused him pain while playing.

Although he hasn’t confirmed when he is planning to make a comeback, his presence at the Augusta National points that he could play there.
Woods’ history at the Masters
From 1995 to 2020, Tiger Woods has competed 23 times at the Augusta Nationals. Woods won his first-ever Masters in 1997, his second-ever appearance as a professional golfer. Moreover, the then 21-year-old Tiger had won the event with a massive 12-shot lead.
