Moreover, during the exhibition match’s live broadcast, he did the same while talking about Justin Thomas.

Charles Barkley trash talks about 2022 PGA Championship winner
The basketball Hall of Fame member talked about the American professional during the Match broadcast on June 1st. The short 12-holes event between the famous NFL quarterbacks Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Patrick Mahomes, and Josh Allen took place at the beautiful yet challenging Wynn Golf Course in Las Vegas.
Moreover, Barkley made fun of Justin Thomas’ education while mentioning that he could not go to Auburn University due to low grades. As a result, the two-time major championship winner had to join the University of Alabama.

Barkley’s quotes were uploaded by Kyle Porter through his official Twitter account. He tweeted about the same on June 2nd, 2022. Sir Charles said, “Unfortunately he went to Alabama because he didn’t have the grades to go to Auburn.” The NBA legend’s words proved his great sense of humor. At the same time, it also depicts the amount of friendly banter that goes on not only regarding the participants at the match but also about other famous sports personalities as well.

Not to forget, Thomas emphatically won the 2022 PGA Championship in an epic two-man playoff. He ended the regulation play with an overall score of five-under-par. As a result, the PGA Tour professional entered into a three-hole aggregate playoff with Will Zalatoris. In the end, Thomas emerged as the winner and he claimed his second major championship title at the demanding Southern Hills Country Club.

Who won the Captial One’s Match VI?
The duo of Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers claimed the exhibition match at the demanding Wynn golf course. In the first couple of holes, Brady and Rodgers took an early 2Up lead over Mahomes and Allen. But the youngsters soon won the third and the fifth holes, respectively.
As a result, the Match was all square through five. Patrick and Josh won the eighth hole to go 1UP over the two legends moving forward. But thanks to Brady’s clutch putting on the 10th hole, the Match was again tied. In the end, Rodgers made a clutch 15 feet birdie on the last hole after a beautiful shot to end the short competition with a birdie and win the Match.
