On a recent episode of the Inside the LPGA podcast, she said,” My dreams are to settle down and have children and to live a life just of contentedness and cooking dinner every night and just seeing them run around the garden.” This might honestly not come as a surprise for many, as she has been in a strong relationship for quite some time now.

Now, she is struggling with injuries again as she is recovering from a spine injury. In the same episode, she revealed more about her back injury: “I’ve actually got a back injury from lifting up a box two weeks before Evian. So it’s a week before Ireland, I tore something, and now I’ve got these cysts growing on the side of my spine. At the minute, I don’t need surgery. But we just got to prevent them. It’s from where I’ve torn the muscles. I’ve got a really good spine when they done the MRI. All my discs are perfect. It’s just these little cysts where I’ve torn my back.”
While she is still away from training, she is still trying her best to improve her swing with her coach, Matt Belsham. Even though she has been plagued with injuries throughout the season, she hasn’t gone out of form at all. This can be seen through her incredible performance and a huge improvement in her swing game, thanks to her training. She was 9th in the strokes gained department during 2024 with a 1.43, but this has jumped to 2.06 season. Combine this with her win at Kroger Queen City, and she still shows us how she is a threat, even with her injuries.

Her achievements in the majors are nothing shorts as well, she has come close to winning the major many times, 2016 ANA Inspiration, the 2023 U.S. Women’s Open, and both the 2023 and 2025 AIG Women’s Open were all the times she finished second, but 2026, one where she might not be plagued with injuries, might be the year she finally gets to call herself a major winner.
If we know Charley Hull for something, then it’s her absolute resilience to fight through injuries and keep improving, and now her hopes for winning the next major looks absolutely strong, and when this win does come it won’t just be another trophy, it will mark the reward for years of hard work, growth, and finding balance between golf and her life off the course.
