Recently, Justin Ray, a golf statistician, tweeted a star that shows Morikawa joining Tiger Woods and Johnny Revolta and becoming a third American to join the list. According to Justin Ray, Collin Morikawa has become only the third American player to win a major and be on a winning Ryder Cup team in the same season at age 24 or younger.

The other two players are Johnny Revolta and Tiger Woods. Meanwhile, Revolta was the first American to achieve this in the year 1935, while Tiger did the same in 1999. And now, Collin Morikawa has become the third player to do it in the year 2021.
