In order to remain active and flexible on the course, players have to maintain rigorous workout routines, and LPGA star Lexi Thompson, is always up for it. Thompson is undeniably one of the fittest players on the golf course and inspires others to remain fit as well. During the pandemic, the Florida-based golfer was kind enough to give her fans free workout routines. She is also recovering from a wrist injury simultaneously, but does not find excuses to avoid hard work.

And after her major loss at Aramco Series on Sunday, Thompson is sweating it out at the gym. It was a major defeat for Lexi who lost in her hometown of Florida. Days after the event, she has given her fans an update on what she is up to. The LGPA Pro is working out hard post her tournament loss, and fans are all for supporting her.

Thompson, who turned Pro in 2010, has always been a firm believer in physical fitness. In fact, her fitness is considered one of the reasons contributing to her success. She is quite active on Instagram and often posts pictures of her day-to-day life.

The 28-year-old is a fitness nut and treats her fans with her workout session. She recently posted two videos on Instagram where she is seen working on her fitness regimen. She wrote – “Training with @Kolbywayne”💪🏼👊🏼

Thompson’s unfortunate run at the Aramco Team Series

For the Individual title event held on Sunday, May 21, at West Palm Beach, Lexi Thompson was highly anticipated to emerge as the winner. After her last year’s win for the second Aramco Series for the Individual title held in New York, chances were high that the current World no.7 was all ready to take the trophy home.
