There have been a lot of nuances and certainities around the merger, and final agreement between the leagues. LIV Golf is establishing its authority for the upcoming season

This year’s Adelaide event of LIV Golf was a huge success. The tickets were sold out, and Aussie fans came out in huge numbers to witness their favorite golfers play. To conclude, the Adelaide LIV Golf event was no less than a big party. 

With hearts full of love received by Australian fans and resounding success, LIV Golf has planned to return next year to Adelaide at the beginning of the year. Flushing It, a popular golf page on Instagram posted an update about the news. It is assumed that with its return in January to Adelaide, it will be the season’s opening match. The tournament is expected to take place days after the conclusion Adelaide Test Match against the West Indies which is scheduled to begin on January 17th.

The popular golf page reported that this opportunity will offer Australian LIV golfers plenty of time to stay at home and enjoy Aussie events like the Australian Open and Australian PGA.  The news was originally aired on 7 News, a popular local news network.

PGA Tour’s commissioner laid out the merger’s future 

Ever since the PGA Tour’s merger news with Saudi PIF and LIV Golf, fans have been waiting for a definitive update about the agreement that will be laid out between the parties. There has been no recent update about it, however, Jay Monahan did lay out just recently that the PGA Tour will maintain its supremacy and has policies in order to safeguard the control.

Monhand assured the people that they would soon reach an agreement that would be beneficial for everyone involved equally and would be in the best interest of the PGA Tour. Monahan’s statement reflected that there have been certain issues with the Tour and Saudis that they have not been able to reach a common ground yet.
