To give back to society, several golfers create their own charitable foundations. Tiger Woods would be a prime example. In order to develop and promote the well-being, education, and health of all American children, he established the TGR Foundation in 1996. And now another golfer is currently making every effort to give back to society.

In addition to the contribution, Gooch also hosted a Pro-Am tournament in May to help children, empower them, and provide them with the resources and chances they need to pursue their aspirations. Young golfers gained knowledge from the best players thanks to the tournament.

“I love my Oklahomans and so what we want to do is keep it local, we want to focus on kids, we want to give the next generations an opportunity to chase their dreams, whatever that may be,” Gooch said. “I wouldn’t be here without so many people along the way who have helped give me an opportunity to do more with my life so that’s what we are here for, to help others.”

What’s more beautiful than sharing your resources with the next generation? The huge gesture made by Gooch and his wife will undoubtedly encourage others to take similar actions. Who knows? We can see the next Gooch emerging from his foundation.
