The Solheim Cup’s 18th edition, held in Finca Cortesin, Andalusia, has come to a close with both joy and tears. Stacy Lewis and her team fought valiantly until the end. Despite the girls’ impressive skills on the first day, they ultimately fell short against their opponents.

While both teams invested their blood, sweat, and tears, it was the Europeans who snatched their three-peat victory on their home soil. However, despite constant criticism and doubt surrounding her performance, one American player proved her worth. Lexi Thompson won 3 out of 4 matches she played.
