Is Bryson DeChambeau off his diet?

Well, it certainly looks that way! The last update about the 29-year-old golfer’s health was that he was off corn, wheat, gluten, and dairy in order to reduce the weight he had gained previously. The golfer was just consuming 2900 calories a day to reduce 18 pounds in just 24 days last August, as he shared with everyone.

It seems that the 2020 US Open winner is off his diet and is enjoying a little treat before he gears up for the 2023 US Open. In his recent Instagram story, the golfer shared his favorite chocolate that he likes to enjoy every once in a while.

When DeChambeau started his physical transformation journey, he opted to gain around 50 pounds in order to become the fastest hitter, but soon he realized that the weight gain was not working for him and he needed to reduce it. He once shared how his father had an impact on his weight-loss journey.

How did DeChambeau’s father motivate him to lose weight?

The golfer lost his father in November 2022 after a long fight with kidney disease. His father also suffered from diabetes, and seeing him suffer like this had a grave impact on the 29-year-old.
