These comments clearly show that fans are rooting for Henderson and are supporting her left and right. The world rankings release could not affect the love and support that fans have for the Canadian player. Fans have complimented Henderson for her form, and stance. Some overwhelmed fans have clearly expressed that they can’t wait to come to the stadium to experience her brilliance with their own eyes.

Brooke Henderson and her stellar opening performance

Henderson has been titled as Canadian Press female athlete of the year for three years. She is currently playing in the LPGA Tour and is seen preparing hard for it. Henderson opened the LPGA tour 2023 at Lake Nona with a bang and optimism, despite her injuries in 2022. The 25-year-old logged in 6 birdies and was crowned a winner.

According to Forbes, mid-session, Henderson spoke to the media and said “It does feel really good to get off to a hot start—that’s always a great feeling”

On her momentum, she commented, “Hopefully, I can continue it the next three days, a lot of momentum, and lots of birdies,” Henderson said. “You really need to go low here if the conditions are going to stay as nice as they are.”

Rankings are just numbers that fans are least bothered by, yet it will be interesting to see if they continue this way or if Brooke Henderson will outshine Nelly Korda to become number 1 this year.
