Ever since Greg Norman decided to be the face of LIV Golf, things have changed. The PGA Tour has made attempts to ban all LIV defectors from their Tours. The animosity between the tours has increased like a wild forest fire.

In addition to this, the PGA Tour is now planning to conduct an event at the El Camaleon Golf Club course. What is interesting is who designed it after all?

Greg Norman made the field for PGA Tour to play on

Shocking as it is, Greg Norman did design this field on which the PGA Tour is planning to conduct its upcoming event. Considering the rift between Norman and the Tour post his decision to back LIV Golf in its endeavor, this news does come with a lot of lifted eyebrows.

The Great White Shark was almost banished by the Tour. Therefore, it interests the general public when the Tour decided to conduct its event this week on a course so closely linked to the LIV Golf CEO.

A writer at Golf Digest, Daniel Rapaport, however, was not far behind in bringing out this interesting fact. He said, “I’m a child, so I find it funny that this week’s.” Fans poured in diverse opinions on Twitter post-hearing this interesting news.

Greg called out people for acting indifferent to the LIV model

Norman once chastised the PGA Tour for previous actions taken against his new venture, LIV Golf. Norman inadvertently harmed the PGA Tour. He also chastised people for failing to comprehend the LIV Model and how it benefits the golf world as a whole.

He wasn’t far behind in making the golf world recognize his long list of accomplishments. Norman also discussed his efforts to establish the game in remote parts of the world. He worked hard to spread the game of golf in places like China and the Middle East.

Norman said, “I’ve done a lot for the game of golf. I was the number-one player in the world for six years. I’ve done things in the game of golf. I promoted the game of golf. I’ve grown the game of golf, globally. I took a mission on myself, as an individual player, to fly all around the world. So when they do these- what happened in the R&A was a petty, cheap, childish shot, to be honest with you. And if you can’t rise above it all, shame on you.”
