Jessica Korda, who is currently on a break from golf since she is expecting her first child with Johnny DelPrete, once spilled the beans about her sister. During an interview with American sportswriter Alan Shipnuck, the Korda sisters talked about their school days. It was their first-ever joint interview back in 2018, at the Founders Cup in Phoenix.

According to Jessica, while they both loved school, Nelly had a better chance at it. She exclusively declared that Nelly was a nerd. Jessica further added that Nelly liked studying and preferred to stay at home. She revealed that Nelly loved doing homework, and Jessica was never able to wrap her head around it. Despite calling themselves “built-in best buddy,” at times they are at a crossroads due to different behavioral traits since childhood.

Nelly Korda Has a Solid Chance at History During The ANNIKA Event

With a chance at the Pelican Golf Club, Nelly Korda is determined to win three times in a row at the LPGA Tour. Last year, she defeated Lexi Thompson to make a win. Post the second round of The ANNIKA this year, Nelly Korda stands at 21st. Not only that, she has also carded the best score during her play and finished Top 5 thrice at the ongoing event.

Nelly Korda has taken up a steady pace as golf’s major stars like her sister Jessica. The younger Korda has registered many victories on the LPGA Tour, and she is en route to commit herself to another probable victory.
