Later on, he also confirmed that Scheffler’s father had made sure that the security pulled out the fan and did not let him sit through the rest of the match. Gabby Herzig took to her official X account and reported, “Scottie’s dad confirmed to me that the fan was removed by security”.

Scottie Scheffler and Ted Scott have a bond that goes beyond just being a golfer and his caddie. When Scott was away for his daughter’s graduation during the third round of the PGA Championship this year, Scheffler stated that he would not opt for any other caddie. he instead, took help from his friend.
