While common people cannot play in the official tournaments of different sports, it doesn’t mean that they cannot enjoy a game without a live audience. Almost all sports, like football, cricket, and others can be enjoyed outside the event tournaments, in the form of makeshift or miniature formats. Though golf is an exception.
Golf is expensive and demands time and money. To play the sport in a proper manner, one must have ample of both. But with a new game, fans can now enjoy a mini version of golf at home, something that may even surprise PGA Tour Commissioner Jay Monahan.

Golf fans get introduced to Table Golf
America loves its sports. From NFL, NBA, soccer to golf, every sport gets much love from its audience. And thanks to some smart innovations, people have been able to enjoy these games at home or the outdoors. Inspired by table football, golf has now got its own ‘table golf’ to enjoy the game at home or any indoor location.
The design and structure of table golf are similar to table football. Table soccer is also known as foosball and the players are called footers. Both games are similarly played with rods that have figures attached to them. The aim is the same, to make your ball reach into the opponent’s goal post before they reach yours.
Flushing It, a golf page on X, recently shared a clip of two men playing the game of table golf, and quite intensely! The table from all sides is surrounded with a tall glass frame, which prevents the ball from jumping out. On both sides are two holes with two little flags stuck to them.

The game of table golf looks fun, as instead of figures, tiny golf clubs are attached to the rods. The players play it in the same manner as foosball with the help of handles. But have fans liked it?
Fans find table golf a fantastic idea
Golf enthusiasts are happy with this new method of enjoying golf. They also feel that table golf should be ‘shielded’ from leagues like the PGA Tour and LIV Golf, so that they don’t get any new ideas.

Table golf might be entertaining for fun. But the thrill that a real golf course offers when a player is standing there with a club in their hands and ready to take a shot is completely different. Do you agree?
