Paige Spiranac is a former LPGA Pro who now runs a YouTube channel. The former golfer has tons of followers on social media and she posts golf content and much more on her channel. Spiranac also runs a podcast by the name ‘Playing A Round With Paige Renee’ where she shares her views and opinions about golf.

In a recent episode of her podcast, Spiranac talked about the passion that has disappeared from the LIV Golf Series players. She has always been a fan of the PGA Tour, but more than that, Spiranac has shown her distaste for the Saudi-backed league. The same happened in the recently released episode of the podcast where Paige highlighted everything that was wrong with the LIV Golf Series.

Spiranac speaks about players’ money-making mindset

Spiranac started by talking about players she thinks ‘don’t care’ about anything else other than making money. The players she mentioned in the statement were Bryson DeChambeau, Pat Perez, Patrick Reed, and Kevin Na, who are all part of the LIV Golf Invitational Series. She also said that these players are not liked much by the viewers, including her.

She said, “They’re not well-liked… I wouldn’t say any of them are fan favorites.” On the other hand, Spiranac also mentioned how she thinks Rory McIlroy is “universally loved” and people can see the difference. She also talked about how she only watches sports when the athletes are passionate about the sport themselves.

Paige Spiranac says golfers “don’t have a passion”

The social media sensation added, “Why do I want to watch people play when they don’t have a passion for what they’re doing?… And there’s none of that on that tour.” It’s visible that Paige has no intentions of tuning in to watch the event any time soon.

Even before this episode, Spiranac was heard talking about how kiddish she thinks the event is. She called the LIV Golf Series a ‘complete sh*tshow’ in a previous episode of the podcast. Although most people agree with her opinions about the league, it is hard to say what the future holds, looking at such big names joining the league.
