And during her professional career as a golfer in 2015, Spiranac couldn’t make the cut for the Omega Dubai Ladies Masters. And after the huge disappointment, she walked off the green on the 18th hole at Emirates Golf Club. She even got emotional during that time and couldn’t hold her sentiments for long. However, when she was asked about her experience during the press conference, he broke into tears. She said“It was just a tough week for me, a lot of stress… I was invited here and wanted to prove it was for reasons other than just my social media.”

While talking about her experience, she revealed how people had been trolling her by telling her she didn’t deserve to be invited. And as a result, she also said she might take a break from social media. “I’m definitely not going to look at my phone for a while, probably take a break from social media to step away and re-evaluate everything,” she said.

Despite missing the cut, Spiranac made sure to look at the positive side of things. While summing up the conversation, the ex-golfer said“I’m proud of coming out here and getting through this. I’ll definitely carry this with me for the rest of my life.”
