Getting married to the love of your life is undoubtedly the stuff of dreams. And PGA Tour professional Dustin Johnson is one of those very fortunate ones to have experienced the same, having recently married long-time girlfriend, Paulina Gretzky. Moreover, the American international recently spoke about the same and made an interesting revelation about the wedding.

The 37-year-old spoke about his wedding on Wednesday at a press conference. The media interaction took place at Southern Hills Country Club, the venue for this year’s PGA Championship. Dustin spoke about his wedding and revealed all the wedding chores he did with Paulina Gretzky.

Notably, the couple’s wedding ceremony took place at the luxurious Blackberry Farm resort in Tennessee on April 23rd. Both family and friends of the couple were present on the auspicious occasion. Raising two lovely children, Tatum, 7, and River, 4, Dustin and Paulina, got engaged in 2013.

At the conference, Johnson was asked about which was the greater distraction; his wedding or thinking about the Saudis? To which the American professional had an amusing answer.

He said, “Neither. I mean, Paulina did an unbelievable job with the wedding. I helped for about half an hour with the seating chart. That was about it. That was my whole contribution.”

He was also asked if arranging the seating chart was difficult. Dustin replied, “Kind of. It is kind of difficult. Well, just putting people like at tables, like who do you want to sit together. I don’t know.” 

When did Dustin Johnson last win on the PGA Tour?

His last regular PGA Tour event came in 2020. He won the 2020 Tour Championship at East Lake Golf Club. Moreover, he ended the final event of the 2019-2020 PGA Tour season with an overall score of 21-under-par; As a result, Johnson won the event with a comfortable three-shot lead on Sunday.

He carded a final round of two-under-par, 68 to finish on the top of the leaderboard. His final round included three birdies and two bogeys on the opening nine holes. As a result, Dustin moved out in one-under-par, 34. He made one birdie and eight pars on the back nine to end his round.
